I appreciate you clearing that up. I wanted to make sure that you added all skills and didn't try to chest the system by cutting off when you got a certain skill. 


This goes for everyone: what you get is what you got. Skill wise your stuck on my decisions evolutions are much more important and as such I allow for interjection and discussion if you feel you didn't evolve the way you wanted. Skills however all good and bad are to be kept, no exceptions.
