Since this is the "Free" category, I think simple would be nice. *nodding head*

Some Rambling Thoughts: Do you want people to share a certain thing with you or decide on a certain thing for their character before hand? Or do you want it to be fluid, so like a changing CS that shifts after several scenes? 

But simple sounds good especially since this is your first GM experience.
