[@ClocktowerEchos] Would it be acceptable to make the Apex and Redeemed characters have, blow for blow, the same powers, with the main difference being that the Apex has access to far more resources that makes his powers work. Pretty much, the idea that i have is based off a villain i did in an old Starfinder campaign i did. And before anyone says it, yes i realize this hits an alarmingly similar number of points with Stargate, but i created this guy with my only knowledge of the Stargate franchise being from having watched the original film a couple of times with the latest having been a decade previously. This guy was actually more based on the Vorlons from B5 and a few awesome looking Sci-Fi Egypt pics i found: Essentially, the gods of the many religions on Earth are highly evolved aliens with each religion being represented by its own galactic nation. In this version, each God is one of the "First Ones" that walked the universe. So, the Egyptian Nations is the "Empire of the Eternal Sun" the Norse are the "Nine Realm Kingdoms" the Greek nation is the "Grand Pantheon Alliance", the Japanese are the "Great Kami Imperium" etc. So, the villain i wanted to play was a corrupt version of Ra. He has a number of funky powers, but one of his main ones is his digitized immortality. Now, being a god, he's pretty hard to kill, but when you're also fighting other gods, the field is relatively even and he can be killed. Essentially, he has perfected a form of digitizing his consciousness, meaning that he can essentially back up his own brain and powers into vast computer banks that take the form of a Pyramid. That way, should he ever be killed, he can just download his brain into a new human host, which is then forcably evolved into having the same powers again. He can also download his brain into a giant mech body for combat and intimidation tactics. He also has his vast army of sci-fi soldiers, technomancers and Space-Druids. Essentially, Redeemer Ra would have almost exactly the same powers as Apex Ra, but without access to his vast armies/fleets, his back-up data-banks (In the event of his death) and his mech-bodies. Meaning that Apex Ra still holds a massive advantage over him. If they fight and Apex dies, big whoop, he'll be back soon, Redeemer dies, he's gone for good.
