[@Sep] If you'd have me, I'd like to pour a bit more of myself than usual into this endeavor of yours. Considering a few of my RPs are going slow and this seems enticing. Gonna try something new if you'd let me join so bare with me and previous disasters lol. 

As for the world-building, I'm willing to co-op with others. 

I have a powerful band of mercenaries in mind. 

The Band of Hope is ruled by a single individual, [url=https://i.imgur.com/l6tcn5t.jpg]Gisla the Dragon[/url] [26 | Female] though she has advisors to help with decision making. I have some ideas and traits of the Band of Hope that could be expanded upon if others wanted to help out with it.

[*]Established 5 generations ago. [just to give plenty of others a chance to insert themselves into the history of the band] 
[*]Was unofficially involved in the war. [split-faction of the band participated in war against the leader's wishes]
[*]Split up during the war with one side set on 'exploration' [i.e. being a neutral party] and the other on aiding the Kingdom [actively participating in the battle in support of Kheris/ none of which was high-up in the band].
[*] The [i][b]4[/b][/i] veteran members [maybe we can come up with some catchy title] of the Band of Hope often accept apprentices or 'Heirs' to teach personally. High-honor and a quick way to earn power and sway. The Leader does [i][b]not[/b][/i] do this.
[*] Gisla the Dragon is fairly new to the leader position [maybe a year in] but has taken the reigns nicely. She's stronger than the last and has a bottomless ambition.[/list]
