Hey, who doesn't like to party every now and immediately after? Yeah, in case it wasn't super obvious, Lucina more just doesn't have a huge direction in her life. She's the type of soldier to go, "I fucking hate my job" and then in the same sentence re-enlist for another four-year tour. Of course, if you get to know her better and get her to open up (Or just buy her enough cocktails on Saturday night), you'll learn more about why she thinks and acts about things the way she does. 

Beneath her pretty sarcastic and deflective surface, Lucina [i]does[/i] genuinely care about a lot; But given how in general bleak things have gone for both her and how she perceives the events of the galaxy at large, it's given her a, [i]"Well if I just expect things will be completely grimshit [b]terrible[/b], I can be happy when they turn out to be merely just [b]bad[/b]"[/i] persona that she puts on. It's an attitude she got because - well let's face it - maybe she was a beacon of bright and shiny optimism at some point, but life just didn't really turn out the way she thought and she's seen things blow up in her face one right after the other to the point where she can't help being anything [b]but.[/b]

I totally 100% intended this pun to be made and it is in no way an accident whatsoever and Lucina is [i]totally[/i] suited to be a bodyguard for the Royal family with experience and qualifications and a sunshine personality to match, yes sirree.

Yeah, I didn't think that for something like I wanted I needed to go out and make this super-special custom chassis. Hell, in Real Life[sup]TM[/sup] it's more common for a team of smartboys to just take a "good enough" preexisting chassis and just start tweaking things here and there about it until it fits the role they want it to have, and I thought that the same sort of thinking process would go into this as well. It helps a lot with logistics too - Getting replacement parts is easier, and you don't need a whole new technical manual to find out how to fix a UBL-053 when the PTX is [i]everywhere[/i].
