There are a lot of superheroes out there, many of which with their own academies, and are very invested in trying to find out where the supervillain academies are at. They're intended to be big villains of the villain rp, given that they're sort of antithetical to what villains are about.
There are other villain academies as well, but this one is particularly prestigious and well-regarded. Power origin can range from genetics, to magic radiation, to whatever honestly.
