The idea behind the Stones in this is that each Guardian and their descendants were altered by the radiation from the Stones, and it is precisely that blood connection that leads Agatha to kidnap them. So, ideally, your characters who are inside the Hex should be descended from the Guardians. As for the stones left available, if Divine takes Death and Time, that leaves Mind, Gravity, Vibration, Dark, and Life.
