[@Searat]: Alright, this looks pretty good. Just want to make sure, before I accept, that it's clear this setting is not much like Fallout, with the plentiful magic and magitech elements, the widespread forests and some quite advanced cities, and literal sky whales.

Since I can see there's some inspiration here, and just wanted to make sure you knew what it was going to be like before we got going so as to avoid any confusion.
