As he entered the cave with the lightning globe lighting the way, Ky noticed a large boulder blocking his path. He looked around and saw that it was covered in vines. What could he do?  He couldn't just jump over it since he didn't have any sort of magic to propel himself across such a distance. What if he fell into the lava below? That would be hot and painful. He tried to call to the mind of any animal he could think of, but failed.


He thought of lifting the boulder with his electrical powers instead and concentrated on that.  To his surprise, he was able to raise the boulder a few inches into the air. It was still very heavy though.
