[code][h3][sup][sup] these tags together create the line spacing and font style [/sup][/sup][/h3][/code]

The [h3] is a larger size than regular text, but it's also a different font (or seems that way). The [sup] tags reduce the size, so that the text is smaller but the line spacing remains.
