Both your pokemons have been updates and added into my list of Genetically Altered Pokemon. Since nether have Mega forms you will instead gain access to Rage Forms until we finish the story in Isle of Armour where the Lucario Tribe will be hidden in the caves behind the Master Dojo, you are free to head their early but you won't find the flowers without Mei and Cammy or a Lucario who is part of that tribe.
