The end of the world included/includes people disappearing without a trace; no one knows where they went, no one knows how they left. No one has ever witnessed them disappearing, whether it was across the world or just two feet away. 

But no matter. It happens, and no one can stop it. Different groups gather to try and find ways to stop this. They band together to figure out how to live with nothing working. There is no TVs or phones or any connection to people who live far away. 

Some people don't get with a group, they stay by themselves so they 1. don't get connected, and 2. don't have the risk of getting caught up in drama and rivalries. Sometimes these people are called scavengers. It depends, it depends on if they live in isolation, or if they move around constantly. Standers and scavengers. 

In other places, instead people have been either turned into stone, or disappear, and reappear dead, looking like they've been murdered in several horrible ways. These are more uncommon.

Until someone happens apon the secret to how the world was destroyed, nothing will be known. There is no cure, no help, no knowledge, and everything is in ruins.[/hider]

[hider=Scenarios]
1 - Your (first, if you do more than one) character and my (first) character are a pair of scavengers that roam wherever we please. We do just that, and run across a large, strange building with a high, used-to-be electrified fence around it. We decide to discover/ransack that building, maybe find somewhere to stay for the night in it.

2 - Your/my character is a scavenger that finds a group that seems suitable to stay in, because the leader offers you a house to stay in for the night, if someone else lets them stay in theirs. Then whichever of our characters are left lets that character in their house.

3 - Two groups are in a standing rivalry that is slowly getting worse and worse as they run out of supplies. Your character is from one, and mine is from the other, and we find each other when we're both on a supply run.

Other scenarios may be added, and suggestions are welcome, but my persnal favorite is the first, since that opens a lot of possibilities.[/hider]

I'm hoping to find 1-2 people who want to do this 1x1 RP with me! I could also do a small group RP if enough people suggest it, and that's technically why I'm not in the 1x1 forum. I'm actually currently writing something along these lines for someone, in fanfiction, but I would enjoy seeing what other people could come up with with this plotline.[/hider]
