Alice's thoughts were something along the line of 'why just dress the part?' A good disguise needed a good act. She didn't know who this guy was, so it'd be best to be careful. Was he hired to help guard the barricade? Or was he just concerned? She hadn't considered the Quarantine too dangerous, since her body was a lot more sturdy inside and out than a human's.
