[*] [b]Passive Deception:[/b] [i]As a preface this rule only involves player character interactions, so in the case where a character is "lying" but not actively doing so, the characters will use Passive Insight Vs. Passive Deception which is 10+AB MOD+PROF BONUS (If your proficient in Deception/Insight) This is so people not actively hiding the truth are not forced to roll a dice if they don't want to do. If you are actively lying than you will roll and vice-versa.[/i]
