Robin Hood utilizes it to fire regular and poisoned arrows often enough. The bow itself carries the ability to amplify and surge out impurities in the body, such as that of illnesses and poisons; though if the target was under the effect of any poisons and similar, would instead turn the poisons inside into an equivalent of gunpowder, instead causing a violent explosion of poison to explode from the body. The projectile trigger that causes this effect needs to only make contact with the opponent, activating it even in the case of a deflection. Yew trees are considered to be connected to the underworld. Robin Hood knew of this special characteristic, and towards the end of his years he declared, “I want to be buried where this arrow falls” and then loosed an arrow into the forest. The arrow pierced the base of a yew tree, and that is where Robin Hood is said to have been buried. It was by this sequence of events that his bow made from only the wood of a yew tree came to be imbued with enough power to be used as a Noble Phantasm. His yew bow houses ultra-nature powers such as the extremely strong poison from the yew tree, and the ability to reproduce Sherwood Forest. To utilize it as a true name release, he has to cast off the effects from No Face May King Title: No Face May King - Faceless King Rank: - NP Type: Anti-Unit (Self) Range: - Maximum Number of Targets: 1 Description: Robin Hood is an incarnation of nature, introduced and inherited as a custom of the Celts from the (Spring Festival) Beltane Festival after the establishment of the "May Festival." In this festival, they make a circle and dance around a pillar built in the center of the village square where a boy who is almost a man impersonates the "May King" and a girl who is almost a woman impersonates the "May Queen." This "May King" is a metaphor for Robin Hood. At this festival, the May King magic costume of green skin is just clothing with ordinary brown accents. Needless to say, with these leaves and brown stems (Green Man), Robin Hood is definitely the incarnation of nature. Due to a rather odd nature, it exists as a hidden Noble Phantasm. Through wearing this (aka putting on the hood), it erases one's physical presence completely and blends them into the scenery, making it highly difficult to track them, though any magical energy he leaves in an area can still be tracked. Naturally, such tracking wouldn't be accurate in getting his exact location.
Fighting Style: A master of traps and normally obtuse tactics along with his Noble Phantasms, Archer exhibits very assassin-like characteristics. Despite such, archer shows a good wellspring of knowledge in terms of druidism and that of plant life and incorporates it well enough for poisoning arrows and ambushing unsuspecting servants/masters. He's a utter pragmatist in actual combat, preferring to utilize ambushes and other often dishonorable tactics to win before the actual fight begins.
