So everyone starts off with the power of a Chihuahua no matter if they come from a high ranking demonic family or a low ranking demonic family. Powers within the home are regulated by numerous different spells, curses and demonic objects so no matter if someone's powers went out of control previous to their arrival or if their powers were practically non-existent beforehand but they come from a gifted family. Everyone starts out low in the beginning and gets stronger.
