They burn in hell for all eternity reliving the most horrific moment of their life. If they ever get used to it they relive a different horrific moment. The cycle continues over and over, and then once they live out all of those moments they are reborn as an imp who is born to serve demons without choice. If they refuse even then they are simply erased from existence.
