"While I was staying with my parents on the Sevii Islands, Hibiki contracted the Pokerus virus.  She's since made a full recovery, however it seems the virus had an adverse reaction to the genetic modifications, causing a mutation to occur.  She's now taken on a bluish tint to some of her fur, and appears to have changed typing from Normal to Ice." Chuck explained.  "Her personality seems to have shifted a bit too, to fit her new typing."
