Kijani stared at the empty space in the communicator where her father’s face had been. Honestly, this new potential husband had very poor timing. When Adam walked back in, she cleared her mind of the situation. There was nothing to do about it now. “Nothing important to you. Just royal stuff.” She figured Adam had enough on his plate with their training. Or rather, his lack of it. So she would keep this development to herself for the time being. “Thank you for setting up the tent. I’m not sure how well I’ll sleep. I’m very excited about all of this finally starting.” She smiled, and put the communicator away. “Let’s try and get some rest anyway.” She definitely wasn't going to sleep. She'd probably wind up reading documents under the blankets as was usual for her nowadays.
