Her dark magic is quite powerful, or perhaps “well developed” would be a more proper description. She uses it to inflict blindness, disorientation or crippling agony (to the point of feeling that their organs or limbs are being set ablaze) before using her weapon to finish off her target. She keeps two types of ammunition: rubberized rounds for practice and metal bullets for when lethal action is needed.

	On first glance, one might assume that Sidney is very shy socially since she tends to not involve herself in conversations or activities with other students unless she's been prompted first. This is at odds with her behavior once involved as she is extremely sarcastic and quick-witted . However due to a birth defect, her vocal chords never developed properly and tends to write things down (having done it for years, she's become a very fast writer).

	Her paradoxical shyness is also comes forth with groups. She hovers near those who are gossiping or talking about some ongoing event or news (the more people the better) but doesn't involve herself. Despite being around people constantly, she prefers not interact with people.

	When on her own, she can usually be found writing a letter to her family though never allows anyone to read it.

	She also displays above average levels of sadism as indicated by the types of magic she's learned but also takes little pleasure in utilizing it.

	If left to her own devices Sidney will remain focused on a task for days on end, often to the point of starvation and exhaustion.

	Those who have had prolonged interactions with her have indicated she is rather mischievous but will rarely instigate, only joining in once she herself has been roped into any shenanigans or pranks.

	Sidney grew up in a small town in Yoendra but only a few miles from Draesa to a pair of slaves. With little chance to improve conditions, Sidney applied at the first opportunity to escape destitution or risk having to enter slavery like her parents.
	In the year and change she's spent in Isunia, she's spent little time with her fellow classmates and hasn't really bonded with anyone. Her off hours she scours over the library and writing letters back home.

	Sidney is often mistaken for male. This is something she barely notices nor particularly cares about.

	Messing with the notebook she uses for communicating with people will earn a reaction from her, often in the form of a magic spell that'll leave the body feeling limp for an hour. Or more.

	Can typically be found studying late at night with a pile of books around her and a large cup of coffee going into the wee hours.
