Koyuki
Eiseikato - Town "Hm, it sounds like a complex matter." Koyuki was still new to the whole inn business and having to work in general, so the younger (?) one could not fully understand the difficulty of the situation with suppliers and such. But the mention of practicing her illusion by creating images of food (instead of her usual transformation mischief) brightened her blue eyes in excitement! Gaining new knowledge through hands on experience always drove her motivation, even if the consequences usually got her into trouble. "If it does come to it, I would be more than glad to try my hands at it!", she said with a toothy grin.
Upon arriving back to the inn, after the errands at town, Koyuki was handed a piece of envelope from one of the coworkers. It was apparently addressed to her from back in the human world. The silverette tilted her head at wondering who it could be, she tore the top part of the envelope to pick up the letter within. As she unfolded the letter, the fox spirit was astounded by the detailed drawings of what seemed to be a fox mask. The words below the drawing read: "Where can you buy this, specifically? -Otis" She blinked at the letter for a moment. Was Otis aware of the fact that she was currently not in Kyoto with them? It is entirely possible that the teachers have connections to the one in charge of the training she's going through, and had told the rest of the class. After taking a quick lunch, Koyuki decided to head back out to the town for her break in search of the fox mask that Otis drew. But recalling her earlier trip, she could've sworn there were fox masks of similar kind being sold in number by the stalls she passed through. While she was out in town, the fox maiden figured she might as well look for an artist to commission a painting of the town along with the search.
Barely making it back before her lunch break was over, the student huffed and wiped the sweat off her forehead from the run to the inn. Just as she initially thought, the mask was identical to most of the fox masks sold at the stalls in town. What did Otis need such information for? Did he perhaps want one for souvenir? Those train of thoughts were what led her to buy one to bring home for the classmate! Before heading back to her inn duties, Koyuki scribbled a quick reply: "To Otis, There were tons of stalls that were selling that identical mask over here. Do not worry, I got one for you to bring back home. From Koyuki" The kitsune headed to the reception of the inn and asked for the said letter to be sent back to the human world, to either of her instructors for the trip, Kuuto or Utsumi. With that, she went back to work.
