Well, knowing as much as someone like Ross could, who came from a modest home that brought in modest money. His parents weren't well known like he knew the McCabe's were and they weren't involved in all of those charitable endeavors that Ross remembered hearing about a few years ago. But to hear that Sloane came from that family was shocking for Ross for a myriad of reasons. Ross had only known SLoane for a few days and that was through a handful of interactions about his Fraternity's booth placement. No more than that, so he had no way of knowing if all of this hype man bravado was him being genuine or just starstruck by being in Vallory's presence. Eh, it doesn't matter. I won the deal and that's all I care about! Though, he didn't appreciate the snide remark about his height. He almost retaliated back, possibly mentioning how stuck up his family appeared on tv, but again, he was trying not to be that person anymore. Ross had always suffered from throwing fits whenever something insignificant happened. It didn't matter if it was all in good, well-meaning spirits or not. To him, he always had difficulty with it and he'd shut down for hours, being moody and pouting until the part of his brain that demanded he iron his clothes every morning and night decided he had been dramatic long enough. So as he ignored Sloane's comment and smiled at Vallory who had brought Sloane into the frame and Ross would his place next to the McCabe heir and smile at him, then at Vallory before he would turn his face to the camera. "Now get it fast. I can already feel my cotton boxers climbing up where they shouldn't," Ross admitted with a sizable amount of embarrassment showing on his face, though he tried to hide it as much as he could under a smile.
