as for the Ability Capsules... They're actually not sold anywhere. In this RP, they're a prototype item that hasn't been released to the market yet. YC will need to make friends with a certain NPC to obtain them. 

If you've ever heard of the Persona series, they do a mechanic called Social Link, which is essentially what I'm trying to incorporate in this RP. In Persona, the more you hang out with an NPC character, the better your stats can become or they'll give you stuff or augment your battle capabilities in some way. Since we don't really have stats in this rp, specific NPCs will be handing out items or giving your characters other types of augments/ valuable information.

Me and LuckyBlackCat are still sussing out the details, but I should have those details written up and incorporated into the OOC Post rules in about... two-three weeks or so. 

This weekend may be kind of busy for me, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to get a post out by Sunday. I will try though
