John smiled weakly and said “of course. I won’t move from here until I’m feeling better. I swear. Now get home Chas...you have a sweet girl waiting for you...two of them if I remember right?” He smiled again, lying thru his teeth. But he wasn’t keeping Chas from his family anymore.
