I'm just going to add some starting weapons to the list of equipment. I'm going to say that you guys have 5 shortbows, 5 Goblinite spears and 3 wooden clubs.

They're universal tools and to be honest, I'm okay if they change and shift (IE one person uses them as 5 axes and then the next guy uses them as 5 hammers). I'm doing it this way to make managing it easier and less convoluted as a gameplay thing, just imagine they're some secret goblin swiss army knife multitool on a stick.
