Also, I thought I should specify what area the takhal call the Yaagkhege, and what river was called the Nëju.

This is no claim to land or anything, there's no coherent idea of land ownership among the takhal yet, since they haven't encountered any other groups. This is just the geographical region they know by that name and call home, and this includes all of their traditional migratory range.
