Serena smiled at Kay then headed to the door, nodding to Chas. “I won’t be long...if you get worried or anything comes to mind just call” she opened the door and she stepped out, the shadows wrapping around her and she vanished. 

After a time there was a knock on the door. When Chas opened it, a few bags of supplies were there. A note on top was from Serena. 

[i]Ran out of room in my arms, so had my shadows bring what I had so far. I’m picking up a phone for Kay, then I should be back after I pick up my stuff from where I was staying[/i]

Suddenly John groaned, slowly sitting up and holding his head. “What the bloody happened...I feel like I was hit by a ticked off troll...Chas?” Then he saw Kay and he smiled softly “hello there...”
