Umm... Card Captor. There are two reasons I'm denying this character. (Well three)

Luin isn't destroyed yet via Timeline, and for him to become an Assassin this early based on his background is impossible. 
And no events have yet jeopardized Luin. 

On top of that... I don't normally care about names. But this guy isn't even a OC at this point. Just a cameo clone from a official game series. In short, I don't even care if it was copied and pasted as a recycled OC, but Desmond Miles is a official and existing character made by Ubisoft Montreal's Developers who made "Assassin's creed."
