Well if we are doing WW3 with a Nazi like regime. I'm pretty sure that the Nazi like guys won't give a shit about the geneva convention, the russians most certainly would not give a single fuck if they needed to use it. Not to mention that if a country is breaking the geneva convention rurules, you can bet your ass that other countries are going to do the same thing
