[@Necroes] a Peasant Swarm is 10 XP, i reckon an average guard could trounce them easily enough

I've been mulling over XP, I'm still leaning towards granting XP over milestone but it might take me a little tinkering to get it right. I think I'll have a better idea once I know which questlines y'all are leaning towards. I think I'm going to set the peasant levels to be equal to 300 XP per, though it's not set in stone
