Ezekiel was regretting his decision not to go on anymore quests. Not that it would matter with the lock down anyways. Ezekiel had kept himself as busy as he could. Training with his Roman half-sister Nancy, tending to minor wounds from all the combat training and games they were now playing with New Rome. The first time Zeke had to treat a Camp Jupiter member was fun. Plus, he had developed this weird thing with Demetri and so mini Zeus was always around. Like literally, always around. Zeke pushed the blankets off his face and stared up, contemplating how long he could stay here without eating. His stomach grumbled and Zeke determined that it would not be long. He sighed and shoved the covers back, shivering a little from the temperature change as he sat up. The big three were fighting again. No surprise there but it was having a worldwide affect now. Winters were usually mild on the coast but it was constantly storming these days. Luckily, the camp was a little more protected with the barrier but that didn’t mean the mornings were any less cold. Ezekiel shuffled his way to the bathrooms to shower and prepare himself mentally for the day. Maybe he would get to run into Janelle today and have a conversation with her instead. Things had progressed some in the terms of friendship between Zeke and Janelle. He flirted some, always tried to make her laugh but he gave her space too. Ezekiel didn’t want to push so much on her. She and her brother had been there for several months now but Zeke was actually trying to be a decent human being with her. After he was showered, Ezekiel dressed into some dark wash jeans, a sweater, his dark grey winter blazer and paired it with his green beanie (since his black was currently gone) and high tops. Once dressed, Ezekiel stepped outside and breathed in the crisp air and felt the instant urge to go for a run. He wasn’t sure what it was with running in the cold. Maybe it was the burn in the lungs but he always felt great after. Ezekiel followed the tracks in the snow towards the dining pavilion.
