A former 'hero' who has been called back into action against her will.  She is not exactly happy about this turn of events but she feel obligated to heed the call.  She is deeply indebted to a certain someone, which is how she became a 'hero' in the first place.

[hider=Sign Master]
A humanoid monster that wares what appears to be a wielding helmet and carries around a traffic sign that can change to any type.  The monster has the build of a small gorilla, making it much bulkier than the average human but usually only a head taller or so.  The monster appears to have muscles made out of metal cables and appears quite strong physically.

The monster's main ability is that to manifest traffic and other road signs that can cause their effects to alter causality itself.  A normal sign merely gives instructions or warnings to their reader, Sign Master's signs create a desired effect in a limited area or on a specific object.  The signs can be manifested by Sign Master at will; however, they can only last for a limited amount of time, have a limited range of effect, and must be manifested in one of his hands.

A Sign's effective range only counts for whatever is in front of the sign.  If someone is behind a sign they will be unaffected by it.

Lost his signs, then lost his life.  A true tragedy.

[hider=Duchess Confectionary]
The second monster to be sent to Earth that takes on the form of a female woman though with several key differences.  Hair of frosting, milky white 'skin', earrings of peppermint, a dress of gingerbread covered in frosting and studded with hard candies, she is something that would only be seen in a children's fairy tail.  This monster is an amalgamation of sweets with the ability to manipulate them down to the molecular level.

The Duchess Confectionary has a terrible sweet-tooth and a drive to absorb every cake, pastry, and ice cream cone it comes across.  Sweets are her life and her life is to spread the 'joy' of sweets to everyone in the world if she has her way.  Of course she will also complete her secondary[technically primary] objective to discover the source of Earth's barrier and destroy it.

A special power of hers is to create the Muffin Men.  A bakery confection that essentially works like kind of a drone for the duchess to spread her love for sweets to the rest of the world.  The muffin men are equipped by the duchess along with a piece of herself so she can gain a connection with the muffin men for scouting purposes.
