John touched his cheek, a little stunned from the kiss. Then he looked at Chas and said “I’ll help ya with those bags, Mate...” he got up and walked into the kitchen with him, hand resting on his cheek. He looked at him and said “okay...from what I have heard, Serena is in more trouble then I thought...it looks like she’s been blocking the power from the Bane to keep her energy levels low enough that she couldn’t be tracked...but they keep finding her. Serena was sitting in the bath, her head back and eyes closed. She was taking deep breathes as she slipped into the water more. She had to plan the next move. But what? Then she slipped under the water and got her hair wet to wash it out. But when she tried to sit back up, if felt like something wAs holding her down. She couldn’t get back up. She held her breath so she didn’t get water into her lungs. She started kicking the side of the tub, praying someone would hear her.
