While he didn’t like thinking of anyone or anything as superfluous, that’s exactly how he saw the ants and wolves that were searching for their missing allies. While tempted to speak up again about the wolves in one group searching the edges for signs of life and the ants climbing down to the bottom for any signs, he decided to keep his mouth shut. As the train was about ready to move again, Yoshitsune looked off in the direction Fox had stomped off in. Instead of risking another storm, though he didn’t see one in the distance, he took a rope and tied his waist to the back of the train, close enough to keep him safe but far enough that he could still attack any enemies that passed. But it was for naught. Their trip was fairly quiet and uneventful, giving the samurai time to lament his father’s sword again. “I’m sorry, father,” he said, a single tear escaping. They pulled into the train station, far to the side to be out of the way of the much bigger trains that could crush their little ride, and everyone piled out. Yoshitsune untied himself as he let his thoughts roam. “There could possibly be a smith here!” he said to himself in realization. Moving quickly to the train conductor, he skidded to a stop on his knees. “Please, tell me you know where a blade smith is so I may have my father’s sword repaired.”
