This RP would take inspiration from "The Magicians" and "American Horror Story: Coven". Obviously there could be mild influences from Harry Potter, I say mild influences because I'm the only man on Earth who hasn't read it. 

The old Supreme Witch of the Coven is hiding the fact she is dying. When a Supreme Witch dies, the title of Supremacy is given to the next in line. Since the Supreme is approaching death, it's assured that the new Supreme is maturing into her own power. The Supreme, unfortunately, isn't taking this very well and will do anything to maintain her youth, beauty, and life. 

There are different solutions to this. Players could try to placate her, or even try to eliminate her. Meanwhile these witches and warlocks have a multitude of enemies. Witch hunters, other Covens, supernatural forces, etcetera.

[b]Powers[/b]: Up to Nine maximum, Three minimum. In lore, even three is considered unusual, but this is an elite Coven. Supremes have a minimum of 13.
[b]Spells[/b]: Up to thirteen. Spells are different from powers. A spell usually requires hand gestures, spoken words, a ritual, concentration, etcetera. A Power is generally passively working all the time or instantaneous. Spells and Powers might technically do the same thing, however. 

The power limit to starting characters are City Block level.
