This idea has been bumping around my head a while, so I figured I'd post it and see if anyone would be interested in RPing this:

I'm envisioning an alternate-future Earth in which the planet's superheroes have been stuck in a years-long conflict with the Reach, and they are nearly at the edge of defeat. Meanwhile, Robin leads a team of sidekicks on a secret space mission to collect data from an abandoned Reach research outpost, which the Justice League thought would be a low-risk assignment for the teens. However, it turns out that it is still quite active, and the scientists are working on a state-of-the-art Quantum Warp Drive. Robin and the Titans decide this tech could turn the tide of the war, and so they steal the Drive and battle their way back to their ship. A firefight erupts between vessels as the Titans try to flee, and during the chaos, they accidentally activate the Quantum Warp Drive, which immediately malfunctions since it had not been outfitted or configured for that ship's parameters. 

The resulting explosion sends their vessel hurtling through Quantum Space, and when it finally pops out, they are in a distant galaxy far away from the ongoing war. The ship is in need of major repairs, so they find the closest habitable planet, but did not expect to face dragon-like creatures in the skies during the descent. This encounter causes them to crash-land, stranding them on this world until they can find or craft replacement parts. 

As for what type of world, I was thinking one inhabited by fantasy creatures and a handful of tribal beast peoples. Eventually we can repair our ship and visit other planets before ultimately finding our way back to Earth. 

I will be playing Robin, Superboy, a male version of Raven, as well as a version of Black Beetle as a villain. During the escape from the outpost, the Reach managed to get a black scarab on the Titans' ship, and once they crash land, the scarab finds a native as a new host.
