Chas listened to what Serena was saying after she turned round to face them finally, making it clear that this day's events were really taking its toll on her. He listened intently, making sure to truly hear what she was saying and if there was anything in what she was telling them to be questioned, could be questioned. He felt so sorry for the woman when she said about the tub incident being the second time she was attacked whilst trying to have a relaxing shower or bath. He let John ask the question first, knowing out the two of them it was John who could help the most.
