Most commonly, she's in some form of sportswear, because she never slacks in her day-to-day jock-[i]tasticness[/i]. When she dresses in everyday clothing, it's shorts, pants, or heaven forbid—slacks. That along with a stylish but comfortable top and utilitarian jewelry is her style. Bex remarks that one always has to be prepared to run. Then again, a track star [I]would[/i] say that. Her long blonde hair is definitely from the bottle, as her darker brows easily give that away. Still, it doesn't stop her from meticulously tending to it so her roots never show. While she wears it up while working out, it's down any other time. Her makeup is always on point, and her nails are always fierce and bright in color.

Despite being half-Korean, Bex is on the tall side for a woman at 5'9". Her frame isn't petite with broad shoulders, strong hips, and a sharp musculature. Not to say that she doesn't have curves, they're just not the thing that defines her. Her eyes are blue, her nose is pronounced... especially considering the way she likes to look down it. Despite her human form remaining entirely that, one might remark that behind her plump cherry lips, her teeth are a little sharp.

Bex doesn't have a costume, because she transforms into the titular She Devil. Though she dons a [url=https://i.imgur.com/xKwuW91.jpg]fireproof red halter, black pants, and toe-less shoes[/url] to remain decent. In her demon form, she stands at 9 feet tall, with bright red skin, and horns pushing from her forehead. Her blonde hair stays the same, resting either down her back or pulled into a bun. Her eyes are entirely black and her teeth are akin to those of a shark. She has a long red tail that is prehensile in nature. Her arms are longer than what humans would consider proportional and end in sharp black claws.[/INDENT][/color]

[color=darkgray][INDENT]The daughter of an Australian movie star and a Korean model, seems like something one would be only in a 98 cent romance paperback. Unfortunately, it was Bex's lineage. She didn't spend much time in Australia before moving to the US, the family following her father's career. She grew up with all the expectations one can imagine that sort of upbringing would lump onto a girl. It wasn't an unhappy childhood, but it was a busy one. Her face was always hinted at in the tabloids taking pictures of the adoring famous couple. There were many a rumor started about Bex's existence, but the only one that held water was her push to enter the Olympics. Of course, if that sounds this seems like less of a reality and more of a dream... please wait. It only gets worse from here.

In Bex's early teenage years, her parents divorced. Her mother stayed in Gateway City, while her father seemed to disappear. Bex would see him on occasion in movies, but his popularity took a dive when he divorced his surprisingly more famous wife. Her childhood home became emptier and emptier as the years passed, and Bex humored herself with her extracurriculars. It was no surprise that she was popular. She enjoyed being the Queen of the school. No cheerleader, she didn't have to wave pom-poms to be in the spotlight. A track star and wrestling champion, she was both heavily lauded and formidable at the same time. Bex found that she actually had more clout now that her father had frolicked off.

About three years ago, her mother had to return to South Korea due to some very vague family emergency. Bex tried to pry, but she was shut down at every turn. Her mother promised that it wouldn't take too long, and she'd return. Of course, she didn't. A few months later, Bex received communications that she was to move in with her father—the famous disappearing man. Unfortunately, he lived in Hub City.

Written as one of the most dismal cities and more corrupted than Gotham, Hub City was not the place that Bex needed to vault her sports career forward. Her father lived in a rundown condo working on a drama series where he had to provide his own stunts. He'd come home bruised and broken, get drunk, pass out on the couch, and wake up the next day to do it all over again. After six months, Bex was through with this life. She hightailed it out of there, assured that she could hitchhike her way back to Gateway City.

Was it the sixth or seventh bus stop when she ran out of money? She couldn't tell you. What she could tell you, was that she'd fallen asleep on a bench in the bus station and awoken in the middle of the woods tied to a tree. There were torches, there was chanting, and the heavy smell of cheap beer was in the air. In the midst of some sort of demonic ritual, Bex decided to show her captors that they'd picked up the wrong girl. Chaos ensued and ritual actually worked. Whether it would have had before Bex started punching and the chanting became more frantic, was unknown. All Bex remembered was seeing a horrid beast of red and fire before passing out. When she awoke again, she found herself alone in the woods. No blood. No dead bodies. Just a spray-painted demonic circle and tossed aside tiki torches. She did find a few wallets and took some cash from them. Some money for her... troubles? She couldn't remember.

Bex managed to get back to Gateway City before the repercussions of that night caught up with her. Someone bumped into her, knocking her over on the sidewalk. She stood, immediately, and started cursing the man. Little did she know, he had friends. They only got one punch in when fire erupted all around them and Bex transformed into the tall, powerful demon. Surprised and scared, Bex ended up setting numerous buildings on fire and totaling a few buses and cars before she was taken down by Wonder Woman.

After she calmed, she was able to explain her situation to the Amazonian Princess. There didn't seem to be an immediate fix to Bex's situation. Instead, for now, she'd have to learn to live with it. Unfortunately, there weren't that many demons that the Justice League could call on to take care of Bex. So, she was shunted off to a lower-tier Leaguer, Blue Devil. Weirdly enough, his past Hollywood career gave him ties to Bex's own father. Little did Bex realize, she'd gone full circle with some demonic flavor thrown in.

Unfortunately, it meant an end to her sports career. Something that Bex has not taken well.[/INDENT][/color]

Considering where it originates from, it doesn't behave entirely normal fire. It's able to affect other magical and occult beings like some ghosts or supernatural. In contrast, it doesn't linger if Bex can't focus on it. If she decides to use her flames, she had to concentrate solely on them.
[color=white]Fireproof[/color] [color=#d02b3b]-[/color] What kind of demon would she be if she was able to light herself on fire?
[color=white]Demon Strength[/color] [color=#d02b3b]-[/color] It's like normal superstrength except that it's fueled by emotions. Meaning the more that Bex feels, the stronger that she can become. If she starts to get her bell rung or her emotions are dampened, it starts to scale down immensely. There's no known limit to her powers, but one has to wonder what she has to feel to cross it.
[color=white]Enhanced Durability[/color] [color=#d02b3b]-[/color] Bex can take a beating and keep on ticking. Whether it be physical, elemental, or other—her skin can stand up to quite a lot. She's not invulnerable, but someone is going to have to bring the firepower.
[color=white]Demonic Physiology[/color] [color=#d02b3b]-[/color] 9 feet tall, bearing horns, a tail, and claws that are like butcher knives, her body only resembles that of a human in frame. It offers her protection in Hell, not that she can classify anything on Earth as such. Even if she wants to label the breakfast line at Starbucks as such.
[color=white]Physical Prowess[/color] [color=#d02b3b]-[/color]Bex is a track and wrestling star. She has the physicality and the knowledge on how to use it. Even though most of her power relies on her demonic attributes, she isn't entirely defined by them. Ever seen a demon parkour across the skyline? It's [I]interesting.[/i][/INDENT][/color]

[color=#d02b3b][B][color=black]|[/color]  LIMITATIONS [color=white]&[/color] WEAKNESSES  [color=black]|[/color][/B][/color]
[color=darkgray][INDENT][color=white]Theology[/color] [color=#d02b3b]-[/color] As weird as it sounds, people that are of faith and believe that demons are evil can use their religious symbols keep Bex at bay. It's hard to explain, but those that believe that their cross will protect them from Bex... will be protected. "Live, Laugh, Love" signs just repulse her in a different way.
[color=white]Involuntary Transformation[/color] [color=#d02b3b]-[/color] Bex can't just will herself to change into her demonic form. She has to be hurt or feel an intense emotion (whether it be anger, sadness, or the like.) This also works in reverse. If someone is able to calm her down, she comes out of her demonic state.
[color=white]The Bigger They Are...[/color] [color=#d02b3b]-[/color] Standing at 9ft with thick musculature and bright red skin, Bex isn't getting around tight spaces unless she decides to bulldoze through a wall or six. Then whatever stealth approach the team had would be ruined.
[color=white]Temper Temper[/color] [color=#d02b3b]-[/color] If she taps too heavily into her emotions, she may lose control and focus. Her object of attention attack turns into everything and anything. She also begins to lose her human-like features. 
[color=white]Bee with an Itch[/color] [color=#d02b3b]-[/color] Bex is not a nice person, and she doesn't think that she has to be. She's not pleasant to be around, and her attitude is salt in the wounds and vinegar to the ears. She'll try her best to be a team player because her time in sports have taught her that, but don't expect to "yes sir" or "yes ma'am" you.
[color=white]Lack of Knowledge[/color] [color=#d02b3b]-[/color] Unlike the myriad of other demons and reborn demons on the Earth, Bex has no idea where her power comes from. She doesn't know if she owes someone a favor. If she's tied to a demon. Or if one is residing inside her. She's assured when whatever it comes a calling, she'll be in trouble.[/INDENT][/color]
