The new guy blew him off, and Zach simply shrugged his shoulders. [color=darkviolet]“Yeah, nice to meet you to. This was fun. We should do this again sometime.”[/color] His tone was dripping with sarcasm as he waved him off. It was clear this guy would be one of those that would be difficult to be impress. Still, it could be done. It would just take a little work, and Zach was up for the challenge.

Meanwhile, Casper was standing there awkwardly, and it was his bird familiar that greeted him. The new guy seemed unnerved by it. At least, that’s what it looked like. It was hard to tell for sure. Zach couldn’t exactly blame him. The wraithborn was a fascinating example of magical power. But the nature of their existence just gave Zach chills, and not in a good way.
