Individually, no limit. I mean, you'll probably need a good reason to have interacted with Darkseid or Joker and that spurred you into Heroism. But even then, no hard limits.

Only thing I'd limit is if we end up with 9/10 characters having interacted with the same character. But given how in 15 years, every canon legacy can believably exist, I don't foresee that being an issue.
