Serena nodded and headed out, pausing to peck John’s cheek and said “don’t worry John, I’ll protect him too. He won’t lose a life with me...” she headed out the door and waited till Chas was with her then took his hand and said “think the location in your mind...and don’t lock your knees...”

She closed her eyes and muttered “shadows between the lines of magic...aid us in our mission and help us jump to the next” she lifted her foot and stomped it into the ground and shadows burst up and wrapped around them, making them vanish from the sidewalk. After a few minutes they landed a block from their target, the shadows pulling away from them and Serena opening her eyes and looking around. She stumbled a little and said “wow...that worked better then normal...”

John walked into the study and smiled at Kay. “Whatcha working on?”
