A Optimistic and Enigmatic Older Sister that has a great love (and addiction) of Lucha Libre. She is a woman who smiles with the radience of the sun. A goddess with a love for humanity and its growth. She is perhaps of the most open minded gods when it comes to man. Preferring to see how things come and go with them Not letting that brightness of the era be extinguished no matter what.

Though even though she wants the best for humanity, One must not forget the mindset that Quetzacoatl has is that of a god. Thus she can be quick to enact cruel and brutal punishment. She is merciless to those she considers a Disaster or foriegn enemy displaying a terrifying expression on her face.  For most things, Quetzalcoatl endorses communication and prosperity with a smiling face but in few things she will not engage properly or become sullen. 

The best way to communicate with Quetzcoatl is through combat however, as that is where both hearts ring truest. While also allowing her to play her part as a Lucha.  She has a dislike for gods that endorse or demand human sacrifice due to her love of mankind. 

Though she says she is not a drinker, Quetz does partake in Alcohol being an incredible light-weight as well...

Originally ruinous flames that would encompass a large area, due to the current mindset of Quetz it instead mainly takes the form of an anti-unit noble phantasm. Which she combines with her love of lucha libra to either do a flying kick from a thousand meters or a aerial piledriver. These Flames also carry the property of preventing the true-name release of other noble phantasms.

There are much more destructive variations of this noble phantasm, but because of Quetz's love for humanity and the fact that Fusang city is so densely populated. The cataclysmic power of this noble phantasm when under a certain condition will not be brought forth.

This Noble Phantasm became the reason why Quetzalcoatl has the Rider-class. She summons the Quetzalcoatlus, a Cretaceous-era pterosaur that was given a name derived from her own, and rides it. In reality, it is a Phantasmal Species on the Phantasmal to Divine Beast level, which is also far more powerful than the Quetzalcoatlus that actually lived in the Cretaceous period. The Quetzalcoatlus is known as the largest flying animal in history. During the moment of its True Name release, the mounted Quetzalcoatl is able to perform the manipulation of large-scale lightning, winds and rains over a wide area.

Due to the nature of this noble phantasm, its range and destructive potential. Quetzacoatl will not draw it out within the city. As there would not be a city left afterwards. As such Quetz will only even consider using this noble phantasm if she is within a domain that is separated from the world, Such as a reality marble.
