Which is why so many opt to use discords to accompany their roleplay. For better organization and a better way to interact with each other. This. The site's primary function, as the [i]RP Guild[/i] is for, well, the RPing. Discord's primary function is messaging and discussion and is way better at it. My other group RP would have died years ago if not for Discord.
