Kay listened to John and could tell that he was genuinely worried about his mate and Serena. She had faith though that they were fine and they'd be okay. "they'll be okay John, they're smart, if they get into trouble they'll know what to do" she replied to him, before looking at the notebook he slid over to her, explaining that it seemed Sam was okay. It brought comfort to her that she hadn't been sussed out as a link to her yet and she the one person she loved dearly in the world was okay. She took a gulp of the beer as she saw John's phone light up with a message, figuring it had to be Chas to reassure his mate that things were fine. Yet when John confirmed her suspicions and added about being sorry for calling her Red, she just looked down and nodded. "it's what Dr. Levine would call me when... Well, you know.." she explained the context.


Chas wanted to punch the bloke into the next universe for what he strained himself to say about Kay, but he knew he couldn't get involved with what Serena was doing for fear of making something go wrong and Serena gets hurt more. He could see her nose starting to bleed as she lost her control slightly at what was said, cursing the man into a lifetime of pain and torment. Seeing just how truly powerful she was was quite disconcerting and fascinating all at the same time to Chas. He knew they definitely couldn't risk ever getting on the wrong side of her or they'd seriously regret being on the end of her wrath like this doc. When it was done, he walked out of the room with her to check on her, quickly grabbing a tissue from his pocket to press against her nose. "take it easy Serena, just try and relax" he told her.
