Kay listened and nodded at his answer, having put an educated guess that was the case but she didn't want to just assume and say something wrong so the tactic she used was her best option at the time. She was glad that he wasn't shrugging her off of him so she continued to massage his shoulders to attempt to rid of him the knots in his muscles to try and relax him. "Well he's gone now, so drink your beer and try and relax." she told him, "It feels like you've never relaxed your body in your entire life John" she teased. "Anything else we have to do can wait for a little while. You need to give yourself a break just for a few moments, trust me on that" She added, completely talking from experience. She wanted to tell him about what Fee told her about how they were destined to have met, but she knew it could wait so she kept quiet about that. Chas kept watch over Serena and was impressed that Serena could have done such a curse, even if it did mean she had to lose some of her self control to do it. The fact it was possibly dark magic didn't phase him as John specialised in such magic, so it was nothing new to him in that regard. "Well he deserved it" he said before looking toward the house at her next remark about sensing something powerful as she put it, leaving the house. "If I had to guess, it'd be Manny. He likes to pop in and annoy John whenever he can, thinks he's being useful and helpful but is actually being far from it. Angels aren't all what one would think they are." He explained to her, hoping that it would stop her worrying about it possibly being something negative.
