[@Tortoise] You've got the attention of Clocktower! He's the one that basically taught me (once upon a time), how to nation roleplay! Your oligarchy will find themselves vastly outnumbered. Most of nations we've got are geneticially modified humans/robots. 
I'll up the population to 1.6bil Enhanced and 3bil Rejected.
