Think of this in terms of a basic D&D game.
Heritage. Are you lowborn? The son of a noble? Was your uncle the merchant who raised you?

History (Optional) Reason for Exile This is important. You need a good reason as to why your character was ostracised and exiled from the north. If you're a Dwemorlock or Dark Elf, or if you did something heinous like you murdered three people, you also need to have a good reason why they didn't just execute you. Motivation This is also important. This is a self serving and/or bloodthirty roleplay. You need a reason as to why a band of criminals would stick together and peddle the wares of violence, adventure, or various amounts of crime, whether you have a patron or not. Do you seek power? Easy gold? Glory? Is the life of a mercenary all you know?
Capabilities
Attributes You've 9 to choose from. Once you do, put them in the correct area.

Money
For simplicity's sake, we're doing 3 types of coinage. Royals (Gold), Lordlings (Silver), and Commons (Copper). They each measure 20 of the previous coinage. 20 Lordlings makes a Royal and 20 Commons makes a Lordling. You have no money as of yet.
Languages
You know one language. If you added Linguistics as a stat, you can speak an extra language beyond your native tongue.

Character Relationships
Your characters have only known one another for the week it has taken to move your wagon through the Inner Kingdoms, with only a marginal time to speak.
Character Name

Character Name

Character Name

Character Name

Character Name

Factions

NPC's

Merc Exile

[img][/img]
Raddek Granton
Thaegar/Norgardian | 28 | Male Appearance
Raddek is a quite dour fellow, and very much a northman in look. His eyes are seemingly consisted of wrought iron flecked with bronze. He's short for a Norgard, but that still leaves him around six feet in height. His hair is brown like a great oak and his corded muscles have the strength of one. He only has two scars; one along his chin and the other on the left side of his waist. His nose has been broken and looks very much like it had to be reset, but all in all he has a striking look to him, for an up-jumped barbarian.
Personality
Disillusioned and lost is a good way of describing Raddek's inner thoughts, and he solves those two curiosities with hiring himself out to whoever needs a good soldier and the art of violence. He's been a pariah for most of his life, with little to his name and attempting to find a place to call home. Gods, monsters, people, none have been very rewarding to follow. What he knows he lacks is money. Maybe if he gets enough he can fill the void and the nihilism he sometimes has creeping into his mind. And yet...he remembers the Forsworn Crusade, the pine forests and great oaks of the north, and sometimes when it snows, or when he sees the flaming fist of Baelyr, or he speaks his native tongue, for a brief moment... he feels like he belongs. Perhaps if he gets enough money, he might at least be able to go back and start a lineage. He doesn't know. All he knows is that he'll need to ply his trade, and that trade is killing.
Background

Mercenary/Ex-Crusader
Soldier
Lowborn.

History (Optional)

Born in Rutjakk to a Norgard father and Thaegar mother. Lived among his people until he was ten and a rival clan drove his parents southward.
Emigrated to Andred where they lived as relatively well off serfs, until his mother was sought after by the local lord. She killed him and in turn was mangled horribly. His father gave Raddek to a clergyman and he left at age 14 with the priest, leaving his father to exact revenge whilst dying in the process, befitting his gods.
Dwelt in the Church of the Triarchy for a few years before he was sent on Crusade to Izyria and the Fallen lands, spending four years on campaign until he and a few of his band escaped up the coast to the Blood Coast when their army was inevitably decimated. Spent a few years along the coast before he went north to find out the fate of his father and mother. He does not speak of what he found.
Was caught guilty for stealing. Was not called guilty for the murder of a few individuals, and only granted the status of accesory to the crime, as he was vouched by the priest who raised him. Leading him to be exiled southwards.

Reason for Exile Theft and murder, but saved from the chopping block by an old clergyman. Motivation To find as much gold as he can so he can find himself a better life.
Capabilities
Attributes Combat

Two Handed Sword
Cleave and Shield

Intelligence

Religion

Charisma

Leadership

Health

Toughness
Fortitude
Strength

Faculties

Tracking

Agility

Ride

Mysticism [0/1]
Equipment
You will leave this blank, since you are a prisoner.

Money Languages Common Northern. Only knows bits and pieces of Norgardian and Izyrian. By no means fluent.

Character Relationships
Your characters have only known one another for the week it has taken to move your wagon through the Inner Kingdoms, with only a marginal time to speak. This is where you put your initial thoughts of each character, and you edit these as their opinions change. This also includes the Merc NPC.
Faeril Skywatcher

Faeril doesn't talk much, but neither does Raddek. He has a feeling they're kindred spirits in a way. The world is pretty shit.

Emmaline Von Morganstern

Some of the lads he knew would have loved to get their hands on the lady Von Morganstern. As for Raddek, he's not entire enchanted. She's got a glint for mischief in her eyes he likes, but he knows a whore is likely less expensive both in money and effort.

Reyvadin Ismirala Vaegir

Raddek has not had the best experiences with nobility in most forms, but he also followed a few lords on the battlefield that held themselves well. He'll wait and see which Reyvadin resembles more. As for now, he guesses they're in this together.

Migi Blackbarrow

Migi is the only one that's made him chuckle on their long prison ride through the Inner Kingdoms. He doesn't know if that's good or bad, considering Raddek's sense of humor.

Lorcan

Doesn't seem as foreign as he would have expected, but then again he's never met a Skayleigh before. If he's as fearsome as the reputation of his people, Raddek is curious to see it. Not a bad fellow so far.
