This comes with the expected powers of extending her arms into paper-like tentacles as well as folding herself like origami if it's necessary to hide or go through narrow spaces. Compared to the similar Foldabody, the greatest difference is that this is a mutation, hence she doesn't switch it on and off, she is always paper, meaning she is extremely weak to things that are effective against the paper, such as fire, staples, and especially water (even a quick splash can keep her damp and ineffective for hours) plus her paper limbs even when launched at high speeds have no cutting or piercing power and have to rely on grappling and wrapping enemies. On the other side, making up for her paper-thin strength and resilience, er she can recover from wounds quite easily given a surplus of paper for her to absorb. Therefore her position in missions and combat is scout-like, reconnaissance and support relying on stronger heroes, mobile but quickly in trouble if she is ever caught in a disadvantageous situation. Her outfits are made of special printer nanites who follow and repair around the girl's paper-folding shapes.
[sub]𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧[/sub]
Shiroko Sekkei is not an ambitious girl, her dreams are of an easy and carefree life where she can just sit in her room, eat snacks (typically colored and special paper) and read manga, being a hero is far too intense and tiresome for the lazy, work-hating girl. That said, deep down there is a good heart and she will try to help others if it isn't too much effort, she is sociable (though rarely the one to start conversations) and tries not to create trouble, despite often being a snarky brat.
[sub]𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐝[/sub]
As far as it goes, she is a normal girl with a very normal life for someone who had a mutation quirk. She was a bit lazy before her quirk manifested, but there is no doubt a mix of some kids bullying by writing on her, folding her, and the weakness and vulnerability of her paper-thin body made her be more of a shut-in who preferred to browse the internet and play games over going outside and meeting new people. Her parents pretty much forced her into a hero training school when it became clear she didn't have much of a direction in life once school was over and in their belief she would have an easier time making IRL friends among quirk users, however, even they had not expected Shiro to get through the Eirei entrance exam of all places, who knew years of playing puzzle games would have paid off.
