Kira is able to emit Auras around herself with different abilities depending on her will. Whenever she’s using an Aura, her body will start glowing in a different color depending on the feeling she associated with the Aura. 

Hero Techniques in Order of Power

Aura Of Health (Red)
The most basic technique that Kira has is the ability to summon an Aura of Health around herself in a 4 meter radius. Anyone that’s inside the Aura, herself included, has an increased healing rate.

Aura Of Mobility (Blue)
Kira’s Aura Of Mobility, increases her speed 3 times more than her actual physical abilities. The downside of this Aura is that once it’s activated, it will only last for 10 minutes at full power and then will gradually go down, leaving Kira exhausted from the physical strain. 


The Aura of Power (Black)
The Aura of Power is Kira’s strongest offensive technique. In a 6 meter radius around her, whoever has evil intentions towards Kira is forced to focus strictly on her. As long as they can see her Aura, the trapped person will constantly lose physical and Quirk strength until eventually falling asleep. The physical strength is then doubled and transferred over to Kira for 5 minutes.  


The Aura Of Peace (White)
Kira uses mostly all of her strength to conjure the Aura Of Peace. Anyone caught inside it, be it friend or foe, will find themselves unable of violent actions or thoughts. It will only last for 10 minutes at maximum and will leave Kira drained for a period of time. 

This applies to all her Auras : The closer one is to Kira, the stronger one would feel the effects of them.

Characterization
Young, feisty, occasionally irrational. Just a few words that can be used to describe Kira. Trying as much as she can to be the opposite of her parents, she’d do the most irrational action in a situation if it would mean to prove that she’s not them.
For Kira the nature versus nurture paradigm is something that she struggled since she was young. 
To arrest the bad guys and send them behind bars is what she strives for with every fiber of her being.


Legend
Not much is known about Kira’s early years. No one knew she existed until when her parents caught and to the surprise of the heroes that brought them it, she was playing with her dolls alone. 
She lived in different orphanages after that, always getting into fights with the kids that made fun of her as soon as they heard who her parents were. Kira soon dedicated her life into proving everyone who judged her that she was not her parents and that everyone is responsible for their own actions.
