Kaguya's limbs are rockets that detach at the elbows and knees, allowing her forearms and shins to fly around independently. The remaining stumps (Kaguya's upper arms and thighs) also have rocket nozzles, allowing her to fly her torso around like a cross between a four-way amputee Iron Man and a quadrocopter. Her limbs store hydrazine as fuel, which is replenished faster by having a protein-rich diet; the nitrogen in amino acids is converted to hydrazine.

This quirk not only grants flight, but allows Kaguya to launch her arms and legs out as remote-controlled projectiles, or use the thrusters as forceful fire weapons. Her costume has a pivot mechanism attached to her elbows and knees, detaching her limbs, while keeping them connected to her body, giving access to unique and imaginative configurations.

Because managing her independently flying limbs requires incredible spatial awareness, concentration, and attention, Kaguya, who is something of a prodigy and a gamer, has found a way to crowd-source her awareness by attaching cameras to her limbs and, as a youtuber, stream her fights. A dedicated team of moderators and paying subscribers/superfans watches her feeds and informs her through chat of things to pay attention to. At the end of a successful mission, Kaguya will give a shoutout to those who helped, saying one of her catchphrases, [color=bc8dbf]"You're the [i]real[/i] heroes!"[/color] Some of her most viewed content are humiliating, slow-motion clips from the view of her flying fists and feet as they rocket towards and punch or kick a villain in the face.

Her costume incorporates designs from Japanese mecha media, and is heavily armored to help her withstand the forces and impacts her body can generate. Fins are attached to her arms and legs to allow for finer flight control. The costume is inspired by the following images:

She had always been a precocious child, and had been referred to as a genius by many, seemingly able to pick up on and retain small details. Kaguya is a hot-blooded mecha otaku who aspires to be a hero like the protagonists from her favorite shows. A girl with a million interests, Kaguya has veered towards technical knowledge, preferring robots, electronics, and video games. Understanding that heroes are celebrities, Kaguya decided to get a jumpstart on becoming famous by becoming an online streamer/content creator, doing let's plays and 'drone' photography, garnering a sizable fanbase. Although she is very competitive, she has a strong sense of justice and adheres to fairness. Her drive to compete isn't to win, but to test her limits, and she believes that everyone at Eirei deserves to be there for one reason or another. Though she is probably intelligent enough to outsmart her opponents, Kaguya does prefer the straightforward, brute force approach.[/indent]
[sub][color=a187be][b]𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐝[/b][/color][/sub][indent]Kaguya inherited an unusual combination of quirks that ultimately ended up dictating her interests, and thus her path in life. Able to naturally perform the classic rocket punch from 80's mecha anime as well as funnel-based all-range attacks from the Gundam series, Kaguya was naturally drawn to media targeted at young boys. Consumption of this form of media inspired her with a sense of heroism and hot-blooded gusto, something that her father encouraged. he even introduced her to the hobby of building plastic models of her favorite mecha. Of course, this also made it so that most of her friends growing up were boys, and they drew her towards gaming. Kaguya lived a life unimpeded, and seemed able to overcome any obstacle in her path, demonstrating a knack for learning, despite her penchant for goofing off and having fun. As she matured, Kaguya recognized her talents and privilege, and resolved to harness her unbridled energy for good. But being an innovator, Kaguya decided to start gathering fame early. Since she couldn't legally use her quirk or participate in heroics before enrolling in a hero academy, she sought fame online and became a streamer, hoping to galvanize her fanbase and harness the power of the internet as a tool for good. Of course, Kaguya would accept no lesser school than Eirei Academy; the a technologically advanced artificial island was also a massive draw. The rest is history; Kaguya passed the entrance exam and finished her first year with flying colors, seeing herself as a hopeful for the future position of Symbol of Peace.[/indent]
